THANKS OLIVER what i am worried about is the iva was rejected and we are doing a temporary DMP until we save up for bankruptcy thats why i am worried if they take the money in the account if they realise that i have a loan with blackhorse which is now in default.

I would say that it is highly unlikely that they will take money from this account but I would reccomend that you open a new bank account all the same to be 100% sure. Nationwide offer a good account called the Flex Account and Natwest offer a good account called the Step account.

Thank you all for your excellent advice. As a result I am going with ACCUMEN. I guess I'm still concerned that I upset all the loan / credit card companies as of today only to find I have the IVA knocked back in due course. I've been advised to make token payments to all credit firms of £5 and get the paperwork back to ACCUMEN ASAP. Time to take the plunge. Any advice in terms of filling out expenditure form to ensure I stand the best chance of securing a reasonable disposable income and anything else that I should consider would be gratefully accepted
Thanks again!!!!!
