Hello everyone. This is my first post. I completed my IVA in October 2011, but am still waiting for my completion certificate (due to a VAT issue I believe, oh and my case being transferred from Tenon RSM to a new supervisor). I have a mortgage at the moment, but want to move house and need to add to the mortgage (current mortgage is portable, so possibly only need a second charge, if that is feasible). Can anyone advise (Ryan perhaps)?
Pete

Hi Peter...well done for completing....the wait for certificate seems a very long one and my advice would be to contact your IP every week badgering for your certificate.

Ryan is an excellent starting point for mortgage advise and us details can be found on the left under ask the experts.....however I do believe without the certificate it ay be harder for him to move on mortgage matters....but still worth a discussion with him.
