finished my iva 10 months ago still no closure how long is a 5 year agreement ?

It may be down to either a problem with VAT or something to do with PPI.

They were a bit slow for a while but are clearing their backlog now. You could ask them for an estimated timeline. Congratulations on completing...can't wait to be in your shoes x

Great on completion and hopefully that certificate won't be long to follow now
IVA final payment left the bank on the 26th January 2013...looking forward to a debt free future.

I'm with same firm and paid off 10 mths ago got my CC a week ago -send customer services with IVA FORUM at the top and keep doing it till they send a reply (keep copies too)

Get Karol, their Customer Services Manager who posts on the forum, to look into this for you. She has worked wonders in dealing with other complaints, and I am sure her intervention would speed things up for you.
