Any creditors who have defaulted you after your IVA was agreed, have to remove those defaults as they are not allowed to do so. Get a copy of your credit records.

Glad you have got your certificate. Must be a wonderful feeling.

I dream of that certificate of completion in my hand, not just yet alas I'm only a third of the way in, but well done you for completing...enjoy and spend wisely x

Thanks Ronald, I neeed to be patient, to be fair the time is flying by and I've never been happier with the security the IVA offers me so I'm not complaining just wishing time away which I shouldn't be doing at my time of life.
IVA final payment left the bank on the 26th January 2013...looking forward to a debt free future.

I understand what you mean Lesley. I've got 10 more IPA payments left and I'm counting down now but feel like I'm wishing my life away.
