Wow, after just 12 months I have finished my IVA. Having entered into one last June, my circumstances suddenly changed about 8 weeks ago and I lost about £300 per month in wages.

Thankfully my IP (Liz Pywowarczuk) and her team at Liberta Financial have been so helpful.

I felt I had two options...bankruptcy or find some money and offer a full and final settlement. I was fortunate enough to lend some money off my dad and thanks again to Liz my creditors accepted my proposal.

I can't tell you how much better I feel now after this news. I would like to take this opportunity to thank Liz and her team for all their help, guidance, advice and also their sympathetic listening to my situation.

I don't to sound like I'm rubbing peoples noses in it but quite the opposite. I want to tell people that there is light at the end of the tunnel and to keep going.

I never ever want to go back there again. My spending will never again go over my income, never.

Thanks again Liz....

Liz is a brilliant IP who I know very well, and am pleased to see that you have a sensible solution to the IVA. Well done to your Dad as well for coming up with the funds to assist.

Thank you Melanie, Yes she was brillaint. Would recommend her to anyone.

It wasn't a lot from my dad, but enough for my creditors to accept. I'm finally free, and it feels good.

Never going back there.....

Congratulations to you and your IP.

Any method of concluding an IVA where it may fail due to unforseen circumstances has be congratulated.

Best wishes for the future.
Last Payment - November 2011 - Completion Certificate received 2 weeks after last payment, Removed from Insolvency Register within 4 weeks after last payment.
