Hi everyone

do i need to contact my iva company to get my creditors to update my credit file to show "settled"?

do I need to sent a letter to all my crediors and experiam?

Hi Nix,

Write to your creditors yourself and ask them to put it as settled. Don't forget to check that there are no defaults on your files after the date the IVA was accepted. You will need to get the creditors to remove them.

Also, your IVA will remain on your record for six years from the date of acceptance.
