Mike i think its great news and the best bit is that there is no more equity now than there was at the start of the iva which im hoping will make my offer that bit more appealing

Im now hoping that even though my offer will give them abot 1p/£ less they will look upon it that its better to take the money now rather than wait another 2 years for what may only be £100 each

I wouldnt have had the courage to try if it wasnt for all the help and advice given on this forum and i dont just mean the questions i have asked. The whole forum is such a wealth of knowledge and understanding.
