I'm with Payplan as well and we had no problem. Ours is timed to come out the day after payday.

I think they will agree to it.
MY IP wanted the first instalment asap after the meeting , told them when I got paid (about 3 weeks after the meeting) and they took that via instalments. They ask if I had any ‘spare money’ before, just said no (which I didn’t).

Our IVA was approved on 3 Feb & payments began on 3 March. They continue as such and it suits as we've just been paid.

Kallis , that is spooky our meeting was April 21st as well but 2010.

We paid our first payment on 6th May was supposed to be before that, they were supposed to ring us within a week of our meeting but didn't ring till the 6th, after that we pay 1st of the month.

Our creditors meeting was 24th August and our first payment came out on 1st October. We were asked which date we preferred. We are with CCCS

Our IVA was approved 28 May but we had been making payments since February so 4 payments before approval. Our payments come out on the 10th of the month so when will our last payment be will it be 10th May or 10th June.

carole I would count the payments if i were you. I think my sis had a payment break and that added an extra month on, but presumable it will finish with the 60th payment. Which month will that be.

Carole, were your payments counting towards the IVA or did you use an 'introducer', in which case they may have been the fee.

I could be wrong but I would check your paperwork and speak to your IP to make sure.

I think Febs was an intro fee but the rest has shown on our first statement so March April and May were put in our IVA.
