There are a couple of questions I would like to ask

First I have a savings account for my grandson at the bank I am leaving shall I empty it or close it,

secondly the firist three months payments is the fee that I am paying this means my creditors wont recieve any sort of payment of my debts until march is this normal?

And what do we do if the creditors get heavey my wife does, ent have the best of health ( neck complant) also what if one or more of the creditors send letters by recorded delivery what should we do, we are both very worried.

Kind Regards

Hello Les.h and Welcome,

Is the account in your grandson's name?, or is it in your name and you put money aside for him?

All debt solutions companies are different, I would go back to your paperwork to see what it specifically says about your first three payments. If it is still not clear why not give them a call.

Is your wife getting any therapy for her neck? or does she have any unusually high expenses? If so and these can be proved by a Dr's letter I dont see why this would be a problem.
