Hi,

I have just completed my first year of my IVA but have not headr anything from my IP. I sent my payslips and copies of increased monthly bills etc, all which I had returned and my creditors meeting was 16th October. Do I assume that since my monthly payment is still being taken out my creditors meeting went fine as I haven't heard anything from my IP?
A stupid question I know but don't want to have the stress of worrying again over nothing.

Thanks for any comments.

The IP has until 16 December to finalise his/her report so I expect you will hear something soon. Why not give them a ring and see how they are getting along with your case.

Congratulations on completing your first year of your IVA, I would contact your I.P just to make sure they have receieved all the paperwork you sent and just to get a general update on how they are progressing.

Not a problem, it can be a very scary and anxious time but no doubt your I.P has it all under control [:D]

Will they ask for anything else from me, as I can't afford to pay more than I already am??

Only if your income and expenditure summary shows that you can afford more. The IP will base his decision on figures submitted by you.
