I am in Birmingham. I just asked hubby, I had just about guessed you meant the river Thames only just though. The birmingham one is in April but I dont think there is a date yet.
I am sure ther will be one arranged soon for the south east and if i have some notice I will try and come.

Thanks Emma yes all great t4 22.7 tsh 1.59 an improvment t3 4.8 normal range, just about the right levels. So keep taking the tablets as they say. I am feeling much etter as I have been walking a lot and feel much fitter, i think it has helped.
Hope you are feeling a bit better.

Great glad things ok with you.[:)]
The dietician has advised me to up my exercise (up my exercise who am I kidding, I don't do any at the moment apart from walks with the dog which are always at a leisurly pace!!)
I have started to park the car further away from where I need to be and walk and also take stairs instead of lifts in car parks - this should help as as part of my job I am in and out of car parks all day.
I am beginning to see an improvement with the tablets but it is a slow old process...
Metformin was the worst but at last I am not feeling sick all the time anymore, got past that stage, thank god[:)]

Thats good Emma. I did no exercise but am trying to lose weight and its one thing I can add to. I find it an effort to go but am just trying to set a routine. Made the mistake of going with my daughter, she nearly killed me, think Iwill stick to my own pace/ I do step it up a bit though and i do feel much better for it. You will get ther it just takes a while and you have the added problems with the metformin.

Take care.
