thought i was finally gonna get a creditors meeting date but no!,,,,,just had phone call from blair endersby asking for more paperwork even though i sent them my signed proposal last thursday apparently they have just received it today!!?? but now want another upto date mortgage statement even though they have this already when they first collected my documents on the 14th march!! its only a month gone by, also a HSBC statement which the stupid bank is refusing to send until i pay my loan that is now 3 months behind and my new tax credits form to show i have paid back the £252 i was overpaid last year(it does say it has been paid back on the form) which i tried to explain they have my newest one and wont be getting this years one until i have my P6o end of year earnings etc and tell the tax credit people which will be sometime in the next month, they are going to now see what they can do and let me know if they want anything else?? how frustrating i was just thinking i should get a meeting date soon and now this another bloomin set back!! it just drags on and on and on.......
It is a bit of a job in itself gathering all thr right paperwork. The situation is stressful enough as it is without last minute hitches. I hope you manage to get it all straight asap so that you can move forward and get your meeting date. Fingers crossed!
kyla i can empathise, feeling your almost there and then this, i don't understand everything about the process but i would have thought the company your with would have required this information before finalising your proposal, and sending it for you to sign.

How annoying kyla,it does take time,your IP will be making sure you get a positive result,it will all be worth it in the long run,just think of the amount of debt you will be getting wrote off,it will be worth the wait.
Keep your chin up Kyla. You must feel really frustrated at the minute and I don't blame you! Things are on the move and you WILL get there! Stick with it hon. xx
Interesting to see that they are still taking on new business following the recent sale to Grant Thorton. I suspect that they are merely working through their current cases in progress, and hopefully you will end up with one of the Grant Thornton partners acting for you. They are a great firm and you will be in very safe hands.
[:(!]UPDATE::::
rang blair endersby this morning and got put through to grant thornton, explained i have heard nothing and he now tells me that i still dont have a creditors meeting date evn though i sent my proposal form back weeks ago because grant thornton now have to re write a new proposal for me to ign as they are now dealing with my case!!! how frustrating i asked why as i have already signed and sent one back and i also said that i have received no contact from G&T at all as of yet and actually rang them off my own back to be told this??!! he assured me that they are couriering out new proposals to all new iva clients that have been passed over from blair endersby/ baines and ernst so if anyone else is waiting to hear about their proposal just thought you might like to know and you maybe in for a long wait but hey ho on we go........STILL WAITING [:D][:D]
Have you sent an email to the address in the previous post kyla? You might get an answer.

Sorry kyla, really don't know what else I can do to advise you. Hopefully someone else will be able to help.

I think your options are simple.Either persevere or contact another IP company.i would write them a letter and give them 14 days to get you a creditors meeting date or you are going contact another company.

Perhaps you should do as MrBlueSky suggests - go to another company that you know you can contact at anytime.
