My January payment failed to make it into the bank account and was returned to me by my bank saying account closed. I emailed my contact about this within a day of receiving the payment back and am still waiting for a response. Clearly they have no idea whats going on and I do feel so sorry for the girls and guys that have to deal with the fallout.
I'm still annoyed that I only have Feb and March to pay and I wish they hadn't transferred me and now they are trying to change my t&cs.
Better planning and communication would go a long way to assuring their clients they are in good hands during this difficult time.

so have they closed everybody's old accounts or is it just because your IVA is coming to an end?

They are closing down all the old PJG client accounts relating to cases transferred and opening new accounts with RBS.

Yes Foggy I've had the lovely email and conversation with them however what they didn't mention was that they had already closed the old accounts and payments were bouncing back, they said set it up from Feb grrrr yet another frustrating phone call to them to clarify.

Considering that they are dropping this upon everyone, from a great height, it would have been prudent to close the old accounts AFTER the new ones had been activated !

Morning folks, Sooo what do i do ? I spoke to creditfix two nights ago about the email and they stated to pay my February 1st payment to pjg account and following month to the new account, but if the pjg accounts are being returned and I haven't even received my red letter yet, so doubt full it will even arrive and get sent back by the end of jan, plus the time it takes to process onto the system to allow payment, it looks like another successful process change by CF !
