Like Melanie says I needed to get my head around a few things. The main one being that, after a lot of thought, the best way foward is bankruptcy [:(]So getting used to the idea that I've invested 4 years and a huge amount of money into something I've got to give up hasn't been easy. Better make my way over to the BR forum........
