I had the initial phone call about transfer, then new T& C's which I refused, i had chade hatd for first review which was complleted very late and after my annual report! I now have a casewoker who replies when I send payslips and uplifts every month, next review was painless again. I contacted her at month 54 when i was asked for my last mortgage statement which I emailed over and was told it had been passed to the cliosures team and they would let me know if they needed anything else, i disputed a variation fee on my annual statement as i hadnt signed new T&Cs and was told it would be removed. I had a tax rebate that i was allowed to keep after i was told i couldnt when i argued
I have the impression they want it to be a smooth and painless as me ... So far! I am just worried the secured loan will rear its ugly head but i will not be accepting that!
