forgotten debt after br

hi does any know if all debt incurred before br is included in it, even if it was not listed in the forms as i have forgotton a few small debts and when i have told them i am br they have asked if it was listed in the br does it matter? i thought that all debt before br were covered , thanks x

It shouldn't make any difference as all debt incurred before br should automatically be included. What I did was write to the OR and informed them of the omitted creditors and asked them to contact them regarding the br.

All debts incurred prior to bankruptcy are captured by the proceedings whether they were declared or not, but do make sure that the OR is aware of the omission and the reasons for that.
