Hi,

Does anyone know what happens if you forget to note a debt on your bankruptcy forms?

Can that creditor chase you, or doesnt it matter as the BR is approved?

Many thanks,

It won't have any effect on you, you are still protected from the creditor but you should tell the OR quickly about the omission.

Hi,

Thanks for your reply,

What about Council Tax Arrears, can that be included?
