HELLO EVERYONE
CAN SOMEONE HELP ON THE OUTGOINGS BIT. WHAT ARE WE ALLOWED TO PUT AND WILL WE BE KNOCKED DOWN ON ANYTHING. LIKE FOOD FOR ALL 5 OF US ITS ABOUT £600 A MONTH IS THAT TO MUCH AS I DON'T THINK WE COULD GO MUCH LOWER.

ALSO ANOTHER QUESTION WE IT SAYS ABOUT OWNING A CAR MY HUSBAND NAMED OWNER AND THE INSURANCE IS IN MY NAME SO DO I STILL PUT IT DOWN.

Put down what you actually spend, and not what you think the OR wants to hear. They can always knock you down, but you need an honest start point and make sure you leave room for the unforseen things such as house and car maintenance, entertainment and holidays.

There will be a question which says do you have the use of a car other than your own, so this is where you declare your husband's car - but don't worry it will not be affected by your bankruptcy.
