Hi
I currently have the forms ready to sign in front of me to go ahead with my IVA.
I am worried about a few things :

*So far i have not missed any payments to any of my creditors, i keep thinking they may not see me as having any problems and will then reject my proposal.
How often do people get rejected?

Would this be a problem that in the past i have always paid and have a very good credit rating.

*My contract says my car is worth a lot less than it actually is, i was never asked about this, they just guessed it seems, would they ever check up on this and make me sell the car for a cheaper one, this seems fraudulant to me, can i get the car registered in my partners/friends name to exclude it?

It could be!

Most IVAs are now being looked at under a microscope, due to the hgigh number that are being applied for.

I know several people wo have now been rejected or had to go back with major adjustments after their initial application.

This is the perfect place to air any worries and get fairly solid answers back in response.

Oh... and FYI, what you think your car is worth and what it's actual black book value is are 2 completely different things.

Good luck and I've got my fingers crossed for you...

If your car is stated at an incorrect value you should raise this with your IP. However, you may find that a "trade value" has been taken which is often some way below that of a private sale.

Hi there
I hope this reassures a little, but we were not behind with payments either and ours was accepted. Quite often you look ok but you will find credit is how you have survived . As for the car they go on book value so that could be the difference.

Hi
You should have been advised to stop paying your creditors by now.

Hi

As with Ang, I never missed a payment to my creditors either, only made the minimum payments though, and my IVA was accepted, albeit with modifications.

I am very lucky in that I have a company car, so cannot comment on that issue!

I'd never missed a payment either and mine was accepted.
