Quark, you should not feel uncomfortable posting on here because your IP also posts on here. If you're getting poor service from them then it helps others who are on the start of their quest to avoid a particular firm. Similarly it provides an indicator of the better service providers. So you keep up your *&/&£*^& posts okay [:)]
Chris G ... you cannot be penalised for posting your views on here either. Unfortunately it is sometimes the shortcomings of the IP that has forced many to post on here in the first place. I don't believe there is anything wrong in naming and shaming, but maybe only as a last resort, as I would hope that those IP's are actually learning from experiences that their clients have related on here and it should only lead to an improvement of the service they provide. If they can't learn from it then eventually the reputation will catch them up.
