I was just wondering.......... I've been reading through the forum for a few days not and it's interesting reading. There are several people who seem to spend most of the day and evening replying to posts which is fine and I'm sure debtors find this a big help. My concern is that certain IP's/debt experts spend more time replying to these posts than they do with clients. Is is because there are not enough IVA leads to keep them busy or do you share your login ID's with other staff?[:)]

IP's and other staff will not share their log ins, certain IPs and other experts post in their own time. They will certainly spend time with their clients.

The time they spend on here is up to them and we should be thankful that they take the time to do so.

Doesn't matter, the fact that they take time out to post is good enough for me.

I'm just another person in an iva but I'm also on the site two or three times a day and manage not to neglect my full time job! Sure the experts and IPs are looking after their own clients as well as helping us out.

One would hope so........ If IP's/experts are spending a large percentage of the day on here, what's happening with their clients?

As the others have said the IPs and professional experts post in their own time and their clients are well looked after.

We all have lunch times when we can do what we like and I know that I check the site in my lunch time.

the experts seem to post in the evenings-in their own free time-and if they do post through the day i dont see how it is anyones business but their own-why are so many people critical of this site?I have only been on here for two months and have asked and replied to many questions-it is a godsend to those of us who are new-and i find the experts to be just that-experts in their field-giving their free time to those of us who worry about things but dont want to be constantly ringing their ip with niggles and trivia.More often than not the people who do have a problem with this site are ambulance chasers or those whose iva/dmp plan failed because they feel they have been mistreated-take it up with the person/company you have a problem with and not this site and the experts that post on it.

There are times that I can afford to post a lot but currently I have not been able to due to pressures of work. I try and keep an eye on the Forum and answer what I can but if the poster has received a reply from someone else there is no need for me to duplicate the response.

I have posted in company time and also my own time from home. I enjoy it and my employers are happy for me to do so provided it does not impact on my own clients and my ability to carry out the job they pay me to do. I like the other experts on this site will post when we can but ultimately our clients come first.

ChChing-looking at your other posts you seem to have extensive knowledge on financial matters -who do you work for-and what are your motives for criticising this site?

I agree fully with what Michael has said. There are times when I can spend quite a while on the forum during the day and other times (like recently) when there is a lot going on meaning the time I have for the forum is severely diminished. Clients will always come first regardless of which company they are with and this forum provides an alternative form of communication which is just as beneficial in many ways.

Thanks

Please experts-dont give ChChing the satisfaction of knowing you are justifying your time on the site-it is none of their business.

I am not even going to dignify that ridiculous post with a response.
