My husband gets given free shares each year from his employer for the company he works for. He can't sell them until three years of employment and wondered if Credit Fix would see this as a windfall as the shares are given to us or would it be possible for us to use it as full and final payment?

Once they are able to be sold they will become after acquired assets and their value due to the IVA, if you are required by the IP to sell.
My opinions are merely that .. opinions based on experience. Always seek professional advice.
