When i started to use freeman jones 12 months ago they were really helpful. How things can change so quickly.

1. They are hard to get in touch with
2. Never phone you when they say they will
3. Not many of them sound reassuring.
4. You never get hold of your relationship manager as promised when you first started.
5. You can never get a straight answer and the practitioners never seem to give you an answer straight away.

I have problems surrounding my current iva and i cant seem to get an answer.

You could try emailing Info@FreemanJones.co.uk which should be answered by the rep we have on here Sarah Jolly or one of her colleagues.

It is a shame that there seem to be quite a few grumbles about this firm on the forum, but I am sure that Sarah will pick up on this post and invite you to contact her directly on Monday Lee. She has a really good track record of helping clients sort out their issues.

Hi Lee

I'm with Freeman Jones and not having problems as such but posted something on here a week or so ago and Sarah emailed me directly and gave me her email address for direct contact, suggest you drop her aline, she seemed as if she was happy to help to sort out any problems,

Hi Lee.nt

We've posted back to you on your other thread;

http://www.iva.co.uk/forum/topic.asp?TO ... eman,jones

We have however since been able to locate you and believe my colleague Jodie spoke to you on Saturday about this.

I've asked the team to call you again today.

Just had my first year review. Was informed of 3 different payment amounts.
I had sent all of the required information. I was then told the highest payment will be taken, even though I sent all documents and confirmed all documents sent. The first payment for my IVA was the wrong amount and I was refunded the difference. Thinking Freeman Jones will set the second payment at the correct amount, how wrong could I have been. I now have bank chargers and unpaid bills due to the wrong amount coming out of my account. Now that Freeman Jones are only contactable Monday to Friday this leaves me very disappointed.
