Hi Mel, I did that yesterday and fired off an email. I'll be surprised if he replies promptly but I'll wait and see.

There's plenty of evidence out there to back up that this wasnt a one off. There's another company called Freshstart who have gone to the trouble of putting on their website a disclaimer saying they are aware of a company with a similar name making cold calls but it's not them and they have never done so. That tells you something.
