Hi I'm new to this site so hope someone can take pity on me if I have posted in wrong area. We have our creditors neeting on Thursday but I am sick with worry so would be grateful for any feedback...

Northern Rock who have deciding vote on our IVA has sent me letter to say they have added a charge to our account due to costs incurred with voting - does this mean they have voted NO as surely there would be little or no point adding a charge to our debt if they were saying yes?

I am sick with worry over this[:(]

Thankfully they voted in favour when no-one else did, so it worked out well for us but as you know, all cases are different. called IP as advised and they said not to worry and that it didn't mean defo No vote so that's good - just keeping all crossed now as NR are the deciders for us.

Could it be the cost of the phone call? Or do they make a charge for the people who make the decision?

I've not heard of anyone else doing that, I'm sure non of mine did.
