LD, Swans_Girl & MTL, anything goes - whether we want to lose weight or gain it. Really in my eyes, the object is to just gain the support that we are all so good at doing. We were attracted to the forum initially because we all so desperately needed help, and of course we still do. So really this exercise is just to give a little help along the way. Again, not to judge anyone because they've had a 'naughty' week or anything like that. We all know that a problem shared is a problem halved, and I really needed help from you all yesterday because I was gutted to have gained so much weight this week.
We will all have weeks where we can't be angels and I especially need to learn not to beat myself up all the time about my failures and misgivings. If we can lose a few pounds (or gain a few in your case LD), then that will be great for morale, motivation and our own well being.
As I say, I am not qualified in any way to give advice, nutritional information or any kind of counselling. All I can share are my own experiences, but support costs nothing and I feel that I want to give something back to you all who have given so much to me.
By the way, I hope this thread is ok with Admin as I don't want to do anything 'illegal' on the forum. We are just a group of ladies and gents who could do with a bit of help along our weight loss way.
