Morning Lesley - Don't you just hate photos!

I've weighed this morning and was horrified, thought being almost 13 st was bad enough...but pre holiday weight is a massive 13st 4lb! 4yrs ago I was 10st 4lb so I have to do something and quick. Hopefully we can all motivate each other. x

Can I join in as well?

I weighed myself on Thursday - 12st 8.4lb (very precise Weight Watchers scales!). I'm aiming for 11st, but as I like food too much I'm going to have to up my exercise!

Good luck everyone!

These photos of me were hideous! The ones taken behind the desk weren't too bad but hate to think which ones will be in the College newsletter (they'll be small) but the press will be out on Tuesday! Oh what joy!

Still it's spurred me on to do something and I would like to come to Manchester Frugal Friends one day so may come a little lighter!
IVA final payment left the bank on the 26th January 2013...looking forward to a debt free future.

I'd like to join your weigh-in too Kazzy. My aim at the moment is to lose 2 stone. Will be happy to lose 11b a week, more will be nicer but not holding out too much with this Thyroid Problem. But, I'm gonna give it a go, with all the help and motivation on the Forum, it might just help me [:D]
IVA accepted 13/11/2008..17 payments down,55 to go..

Oh how fantastic to have had so many replies and thanks so much for all your support. We are all here for each other and now we all have two very big things in common in our lives. I wish you all the best of luck with your weight loss journeys. We will have so much to talk about at FF won't we? I can't wait.

Well, I hope you all have a fab weekend and a good week on whichever weight loss plan you choose to follow.

Viki, have a little piece of choccie this week, only so that you do not deprive yourself. A tip is to buy only a small piece, i.e. milky bar, milky way or something similar and once it's gone, it's gone til next week. Thats what I am doing this week - hope it works [:D]

Hope to see less of you all next week - that is weight, not socially [;)].

Enjoy your week.

Hi Ang, so glad you're joining us. In my book, it says that the lowest acceptable weight for someone of your height is 9st 9lb and the highest is 12st, so that's a pretty good range for you. I wish I was 5'9", being only 5'3" I look even more like a barrel [:D]

Good luck in your quest for a slimmer you.

[:D][:D] It's not good being this small either, as all Primark clothes don't fit - anywhere [:D][:D]

I'm only 5ft 2"(probably less than that but I've got big hair at the moment!) and I'm 10 st. I've always been quite petite and I was 9 st at the beginning of August so that's my goal. I sometimes replace meals with chocolate or sweets so my aim is to eat healthy meals and get out on my bike. X
