Well Done Skip, I'm dreading the weigh-in tomorrow. Last week, I went on the scales and it read 'one at a time please' [:D]

I put my foot on the back of the scales when Dave was weighing in once - he was horrified at the amount he weighed, but I couldn't keep a straight face!

Good luck for tomorrow Debtmountain!

Today isn't going well - I had a toasted cheese bagel for lunch! I did enjoy it though as I hardly ever have cheese!

I love Cheese, what I like is having Cheese, Mushroom and Onion on a French stick toasted, had it once in a Pub and it was lush[:p][:p]

Ooh, nice to drool but suppose I'll have to have a Salad tonight [:(]

I can't possible weigh in tomorrow, what with the buffet for my Dad's birthday and the everlasting birthday cake, oh and all the chocolate. New start for me next week so healthy all the way. I'll weigh in nest Friday (don't shout at me Kazzy![:I]) Well done Skippy and good luck everyone. X

Hi all, well what a great example I am. I've been to fat club tonight and have gained another 1/2 lb and I am gutted. I can't think where I have gone wrong this week, the only thing I can think of (and you may think it's an excuse) is that my usual lady is away on holiday, and we had a stand-in with a different set of scales. Not sure whether it is this, but I been good otherwise, so can't understand it.

Hey ho, there's always next week.

Good luck to all who are weighing in tomorrow, I hope you do really well.

Viki - after seeing your pic, I'll let you off of the goodies you've had this week as I don't think you have to worry about anything weight wise. You've had a rocking week, and why not finish it off with something nice to reward yourself with. Well done hun.

Have a great week all of you.

Ah, Thanks Kazzy, don't forget that piccie was taken years ago though![;)]

There could be lots of reasons you were showing half pound heavier, that's nothing. You are a good example, you are what is keeping us going. [:)] X

Ang, you should always weigh yourself in the morning and not at night, if you do that, then you weigh all the lovely food and drink you've consumed during the day as well and will weigh heavier. If you weigh first thing when you get up, before brekkie, and do that every week, you will be flying. Well done on your 2lb loss hun. Keep it going, you're doin fab.
