I always weigh myself in the morning as it's far less depressing than doing it in the evening! I'm not doing too well so far, so I'm going to have to try and get back on track over the weekend - not easy!

Well done Ang, and keep going Kazzy - you'll probably lose it and a bit more next week. I've found in the past that it's the week's when I haven't been good when I seem to lose more!

Well done to everyone, I joined on Monday and weighed 15.2 today I weighed 15.1 so a 1lb off, not bad considering I've not been 100% true to diet.

Next week you'll see I want to post I now weigh 14 stone something !
IVA final payment left the bank on the 26th January 2013...looking forward to a debt free future.

Well done Lesley, that's really good. If you can lose a pound a week then you'll be well on your way to achieving your goal. Good luck. X

Two Yuppettes were shopping. When they started to discuss their home lives, one said,
“Seems like all Alfred and I do anymore is fight. I’ve been so upset I’ve lost 20 pounds.”
“Why don’t you just leave him then?” asked her friend.
“Oh! Not yet.” the first replied, “I’d like to lose at least another fifteen pounds first.”
When I was young I was called a rugged individualist
When I was in my fifties I was considered eccentric
Here I am doing and saying the same things I did back then and now I'm labelled senile

Hi ladies and gents. How have you all been this weekend on your plans? I have had a much better week this week, I had a real kick up the bum on Thursday (its still wobbling now [:D][:I]), and I feel quite motivated at the moment so I hope to lose 1 or 2 this week.

Viki - how's the choccie situation, have you polished them all off yet?

Well, I am looking forward to Salsa on Tuesday, so will get my exercise in then.

Have a fab week all of you.

Kazzy x

Ah Kazzy, sounds like you're doing really well. Enjoy Tuesday and good luck for this week's weigh in. I've been rubbish, I'm afraid but there is nothing sweet left in the house now so new start tomorrow. X

By the way, I meant to tell you - does anyone drink chinese green tea? I work with a very fit personal trainer (I know, tough job but someone has to do it [:D][:D]) and he bought some into work the other day. It is really light and lovely and he swears by it as he said it boosts metabolism and burns fat and as it doesn't have any milk it doesn't lay heavy - yey! I am not one for trying different things, but he insisted I tried it and now I can't leave it alone. Asda do it in a little tub - give it a whirl.

Aw Viki - don't worry, you deserved a blowout with the week you've had hun and I hope you enjoyed every mouthful [:D]

Hope you have a wonderful forthcoming week, will be thinking of you.

I am feeling a bit gyppy at the moment as my big sister is in the air at the moment, flying to her holiday in Bulgaria, and it is the first time she has flown. I love flying but I feel really nervous for her in case she is scared and there's nothing I can do for her on the ground. I am sure she will be fine.

I used to drink green tea all the time to help boost my metabolism. But could only drink it with a bit of honey cause of the taste! I also found that it gave me lots of much needed energy, especially first thing in the morning. But,as with the healthy eating it fizzled out,so now i cheat & get the green tea capsules from the health shop[:I]But,i have decided that i can no longer carry on picking & not watching what i eat,so as from today its back to healthy eating for me.And this time i WILL stick to it[:D]xx

I've been really bad this weekend - curry on Friday night, Frugal Friends buffet on Saturday and nearly a whole triple chocolate Swiss roll yesterday!

If the weather stays nice I'm hopefully going for a run tonight, but I'd need to run a couple of marathons to make up for that lot!
