Aw Tori, that is fantastic. Well done you! You sound so motivated and with that frame of mind, nothing can stop you. I now have some new found motivation and have had a great week. I go to my SW class tonight, so I will let you know later how i've done. My trousers are hanging on me, so I hope I am back to my 3 st loss.

Will keep you all posted. Well done to everyone else for posting, seems like we have got quite a following now doesn't it.

Spk later all.

Woohooooooo! I've just got back from fat club and have lost 7.5lbs this week. I knew I had been good this week, but never expected that [:D]. Its just the boost i needed so I am chuffed to bits.

Good luck to all who are weighing in tomorrow.

Well done Kazzy, that's brilliant! That must be such a good feeling to be doing that well.

Next week won't be great for me either as it's Dave's birthday on Wednesday and we're going out with my family, and we're out again on the Saturday as we're away for the weekend - I think I'm destined to be fat!

Seriously, I'm joining Weight Watchers on 29th September - Slimming World isn't for me, but I really need the motivation of going to a club.

Thanks Guys, I am really pleased, its like having my IVA approved all over again. Trouble is, I now have to keep it up, I am now back to having lost 3st and 1/2lb since Jan 8th so I suppose I've not done too bad really. I swear that the dancing is helping. It's only an hour a week, but it is Salsa and quite fast, and I am knackered when I've done it.

Thanks for all your support.

Be loud and proud Kazzy - I know when I weigh tomorrow I'll be gutted, but I'll use you as inspiration.

No-one will come to salsa with me so I'm going to borrow a Wii fit. [:D]

Hi Julie, why not go to Salsa on your own, you don't need to take someone with you 'cos theres loads of people to dance with. The way our class works is that even if you do take your partner or someone else, you don't dance with them anyway because you rotate around everyone. Its really good, and great exercise, it really gives me a buzz and makes you feel that you've really achieved something. I would certainly recommend it to any singletons out there as its a great way to meet people.

Give it a whirl.

Morning All,[:)]

Well Done to you Kazzy on losing so much this week, you really are a true inspiration to us all[:D]

As for me, lost 1lb this week, better than nothing I suppose but, hey it's a start, got to think positive. Really surprised actually as having the Underactive Thyroid, I have been having real difficulties in losing weight[:(]

Anyway, Good Luck to everyone and hope it's good news for you all[:)]
