You checked the temp control thing on it? Or does it need a good defrost?

Good luck Ang, I hope it's ok!

A fridge freezer was one of the last things I bought on a credit card. Our old one (which was only 4 years old!) kept switching off, and I didn't trust it any more.

My Mum's last fridge lasted 30 years, so there may be life in it yet Angela! If you do need to get a replacement, and have not built up enough contingency for this, then have a word with your IP who will probably be able to let you miss one payment in order to pay for a replacement.

hubbys been working overtime and paying extra over. if we had to miss a payment would we still have to make it up as well as paying future overtime over?

Hi ang

May not be any use but give the seal around the door a good wipe and check its sealing properly.
Hope it is just a hiccup and all is well.
If hubby pays his overtime over I would see if you could keep that month to replace it. They can only say no.

Ang xx

Ang, do yo have a local freecycle? If so maybe worth a look, you'd be surprised what people give away free! My friend got a fridge recently and it was in mint condition, person was getting rid 'cos they had just moved and had integrated appliances.
