Friend is offering to settle my IVA

I suppose as long as it's noted and I have the certificate to prove that I have settled it, then it's not too bad. And they have nothing over my property. Im not interested in taking out any more credit anyway! No way never again! :-)

I'd still make sure that your record is clear - you never know if you might want another mortgage or need to take out a mobile contract or change phone/TV/broadband suppliers. If your record isn't clear you might find it difficult.

Paid!!!!

Last night my friend paid the IVA company the settled ammount!!!

Now im just waiting for the certificate in the post to confirm.

That is good news and like the others hope your certificate arrives very soon to get that final piece of paper x
IVA final payment left the bank on the 26th January 2013...looking forward to a debt free future.
