Had a flash back!

When we booked our room last night the receptionist gave us the first degree about why we were all there and why we all had name badges. I made what I thought was a funny comment along the lines of it's better than throwing keys in the circle, we use the name badges instead........I'm not sure she realised I was joking...........Ooops. [:I]

You realise that you are all probably the talk of Bradford now!

Still, it probably made that poor girls night - it can't be fun working on a Saturday night!

Thanks to Andy and Melanie for organising the evening. It was great to meet old friends again, and also new ones.

My apologies for our early exit, but I was in considerable pain from my hip, having chosen alcohol rather than painkillers earlier !!!

On most occasions alcohol is by far the best choice, but not on Saturday. Thanks mrs skint for your concern.

We'll see you all in Slough.

Glad everyone had fun - its so good to meet up with everyone and I was sorry I could not be there this time. I will be going to the September one though, so will look forward to that.

I hope you are ok John with your hip, I think the problem was you did not have enough alcohol to dull the pain!!!!
no seriously, hope you are feeling ok x
Be positive & look after yourself, there are more important things in life than debts....

Best Wishes

Marie! I have to live here. If I get funny looks from people in the local supermarket I'll know why.[;)][;)]
