Thats ok then. Andy is usually in reception and myself and soulgrowth assist as well as one or both of us is usually in attendance. We will be staying so will be there early anyway. Offer is there for anyone else , as some come alone and it can be a little daunting when you dont know who to look for. Looking forward to meeting you.

Ang x

Hi Folks

Just to remind you that I am really sadly unable to attend the FF meeting in Slough next week as I have a wedding in Cambridge to go to.

For all those of you who are going (or are thiking of going) you will have a really good time and and will really enjoy yourselves.[:)]

I believe it was chosen as it was near the motorway and train station, I'm not sure though. I'm not going as it is way too far for me. X

I think it's probably booked now, I know it was carefully selected, maybe it was the cheapest. I think you should wait for Melanie or Andy as I've really got no idea. X

The meeting is next weekend so I very much doubt it could be changed now and no-one has complained about the location. As far as I'm aware there is only one Quality Hotel in Slough, London Road, Slough SL3 8QB, which is the postcode on the event page.

There are several exits on the M4 for Slough and this hotel is very close to junction 5 of the M4. Brands Road joins the London Road at the point of the hotel.

Can I suggest that anyone who is unsure of the location and is coming to the meeting does a route planner so that they don't get lost as the hotel is on the Langley, Slough, Colnbrook and Windsor borders!

Right, for anyone who is now confused, the address of the hotel (as taken from the website) is:

Quality Hotel Heathrow
London Road
Slough
Berkshire
SL3 8QB

It's junction 5 of the M4 - Dave and I both used to work in Langley and drove past the hotel every day!

I'm sure anyone who is coming by public transport will be looking into how to get there, as will anyone who is coming by car!

Dots ... sorry to interfere ... but is the Birmingham venue really TOO far away from you? I sadly can't make the Slough meeting which I am gutted about as it will be the first one I've missed yet (other than Birmingham when I arrived and couldn't find anyone ... a problem since solved ... and Cardiff last Christmas which was a weekday) ... but Birmingham (no venue arranged yet)is already in my diary ... we can be "sad and on the shelf" together in the corner!!

No, what I was thinking was that with all our attempts at direction it might confuse matters even more and people would be better doing a route planner themselves - then we can't get the blame if they get lost!!!
