Its a shame its not in the school holidays cos I could have arranged for daughter to be at grandparents. They don't finish til the 22nd though. Its usually bit later before she goes and visits.
Is that date set in stone Jan. Would love to come, would def need to save for the hotel though.
This sounds good, 5 days before my birthday, and 3 months after completion of my IVA. It would be an absolute pleasure to share my experiences and advice with those who are still on the road. It would also be nice to be able to talk about the subject without that feeling of shame which we all feel from time to time.
Kallis where abouts are you located before i commit?, and if i can make it i will be debt free so you can count on me bringing a few beers as well, god knows how many i have had bought when i have been skint. So it seems like a good chance to repay the debt so to speak.
I will know at the end of Feb but hoping that I will be able to make for the first time....depends on hubbie whether he is picked to be a greenkeeper for The Open Golf Championship...will confirm as soon as I know......

It's a late afternoon and evening do but I'm afraid it's adults only. We don't have the room to accommodate a lot of kids. I also have three dogs and even though they are friendly, the little one likes to nip when she gets excited and I'd hate anything to happen.

Just catching up with other posts on here - I'm in the Midlands Howard. You don't need to bring any beers as that is all provided by Mel. Just bring yourself. I won't put exact details on the forum for obvious reasons but if you can come I can contact you off forum to give you my details.
Luluj - just let me know when you can. It was just a feeler at the moment to see how people felt and it seems as though a lot of people are up for it. Thought I would give people plenty of notice though!
