I hope we get enough interest for the summer one to go ahead. I have missed the last ones and am so pleased to be able to make the July date.

That would be no hardship Julie!!!! It will be good to see you again - it's got to be about two and a half years since the Christmas Do at Walsall hasn't it?

It must be Jan, I'm sure it was just before we had Dobby and he will be 3 in May!

Hubby is going to try and make it, just to say thank you to those who have kept me sane over the years. It will mean leaving our boy for the night,so we'll see if it actually happens! Whatever happens, the date is in my diary and I am looking forward to it!!

I hope he can come Julie - it would be nice to meet him. I'd say bring Dobby as well but with three/four dogs (two of them big ones) in the house already that might not be a good idea!!!!

Oh Jan, as much as I know you would welcome Dcbby, there is no way I would bring him. He would (lovingly) dominate you, your house and the whole evening!!

It may be a good opportunity for us to leave dobby for a night, although both hubby and I will bend your ear constantly about him!

You will have to visit us to meet Dobby![:)]

It's a mad house anyway with all of ours and I'm sure they would all get on!!!

We will have to come and see him - he's such a lovely dog.

The dogs would get on, Dobby is really sociable and is a docile doberman, unless anyone threatens me [:D]

I will have to persuade you to visit Wales, if only to meet The Dobster!

Great support so for and let's hope we get a good turn out this year as Jan and her hubbie go to such efforts to put on a great day and it is disappointing then when people say they are coming and don't show.

It is surprising how little we actually do talk about debt - most of the chatter is friendly stuff about families, sport and hobbies - just the usual stuff when mates get together really. It will be great to catch up with old and new friends, and thanks to Jan and her hubbie again for putting on the day for us all.

And there will definately be an Xmas do as I missed it last year!
Regards, Melanie Giles, Insolvency Practitioner

I really enjoyed the FF I attended, I was on my own and slightly nervous, but felt at home as soon as I met other posters. My only complaint was, not enough hours to talk to everyone!

I am so looking forward to seeing old friends and new, along with having cwtches with Jan's dogs!! July can't come quick enough for me!!

Hi All,

After consuiltation with Mel it's been decided that this years FF summer do will be on Saturday 7th July at my house in the Midlands as usual.

Melanie Giles will be very kindly funding food and drink so all people have to do is get here and of course, if you are new and don't know where I live, I will email full details.

Adults only (partners are obviously allowed!!) as we only have a certain amount of space, especially if it's wet, and there will be 3/4 dogs here (depends if my daughter and son in law are here). The dogs are friendly but do tend to be boisterous as previous attendees will confirm so not good for kids!

Let me know if you are interested and, if you are and wish to stay overnight somewhere then I can furnish you with details of accommodation nearby. Hubby is available to pick up and drop off from nearby hotels/bb so you can have a drink without any worries.
Hi I would like to attend though I work saturdays but can you let me know as I can swop things round...love to meet other people in the same boat so o speak[:)]

Of course you are welcome to attend Queenbee. As I say it's on 7th July and is usually from about 4.30 onwards.
