We've always met centrally before so by widening the area it may work but historically everyone was coming and two days before the meet the usual half a dozen or so turn up. Was often disappointing but for us that went always a good time was had.

Hi luluj. So far interest has been lukewarm ( freezing really). Of the "usual suspects" there are only a few left posting.

I was thinking of kicking one off in the south west, we have a few sites here where there is an eatery next door to a travelodge, or some such. A couple are literally a stones throw from J25 of the M5 motorway, so easy to get to.

Do you, or anyone else, have any preference for term time or school holiday time ?

I would be interested but I work weekends so I doubt I could make it

Don't have a preference but it might knock me out that location as it would take way over 3hrs to get to.

Depends on suggested date too as I have "other" commitments as you know this year !

Such a shame we're not getting too much response. I do know however, money in an IVA is very tight and I fully appreciate this from first hand experience.

I'm up for a meet at some point. Hard to say for definite until we decide something as we all have other commitments at some point. Hope interest widens and we can arrange something.

I realise that a meet down south is a stretch for the northerners amongst us, but was hoping it could be the first of a round of regional meets and am hoping to get some of those down in the darkest depths of Cornwall out into the light

I have my grandtwins in Devon so would love to come to Cornwall/Devon and double it up with a trip to visit them.

Think its a matter of setting a date and venue and then seeing the actual response ...hopefully others will be able to vome along as I found them to be a really useful tool whildt in my iva ..if nothing else it was an opportunity to socialise and meet new friends
