Great idea - I think some of you are having a moderators meeting first? So D and my gang can get the room ready. I would have thought it we met around 3pm that should be fine?

Can you bring the trees Jan - we do want it to look festive after all.

No problem Melanie, we will bring both trees with us.

We are having a meeting first, so hubby will be available to help with the decs.

No idea what time the experts meetings is scheduled for, but as we don't live too far away we can be available at whatever time.

Are you coming from Swansea? Maybe we could share the driving and petrol as if you are coming from Swansea you have to come by me.

I could do with timings too so as to make sure HRH is catered for and the doggies. Shouldn't be a problem but she will panic if something isn't in place even though she's now 16 x

Did you manage to book a room Cath?

The experts are having a meeting beforehand, so you would be sat twiddling your thumbs for a few hours before the do gets under way.

Check in is from 2pm as I have just confirmed. All rooms appear to be fully booked.

I don't mind twiddling my thumbs, it will make a change to running after children or working on a Saturday or I'll have a little sleep. Not booked a room yet but will do so ASAP. I'm at the bottom of the M32 Swans, just off the M4.

Let me know if you can't get a room at the County Cath, I'll give you the details for another one close by.

Having spoken to the County tonight to check on check in time (2pm), it sounds as though they are pretty well fully booked for that night.

If you need another pair of hands my Dave can help with decorating the room as well. Mel, if you happened to mention weddings I wouldn't mind!

I would offer my hubby's help but he doesn't mix well and wouldn't thank me for doing it.. so I better not, he'll be ok when he gets to know you all a little but for a start he's a real loner.

I am sure we can mention the W word Skippy! Dave's help will probably be must useful as well.

Hubby, ladyh and myself will probably be there at 2pm when we can check in so will be available for any decoration that needs doing.

Leave it with me Skip. I am an expert in organising weddings - having done so for my best friends who kept falling out and then getting back together - so I just took the bull by the horns and booked the register office for them! I think they were both shocked - but 18 years on they are still hitched and very happy!
