After 2 years in an IVA I finally had my full and final offer accepted by my creditors yesterday!! :o)

There is light at the end of the tunnell!!

I would never have offered a full and final if it hadnt been for the help and advice I got from members of this site!! Big thanks to everyone!!

A special thankyou to Melanie for all her help.. I think i promised her an easter egg if it was accepted..but as the meeting had to be re arranged cause they booked it for good friday, I guess its going to have to be Thorntons now!! :oP

Thanks

JPJ[:)]

yeah...not quite out the woods yet though...I started my F+F in sept last year, and its taken until now to get it drafted, accepted etc.
It is based on a remortgage though and as the whole world has changed since last sept mortgagewise i have quite a bit of grovelling ahead of me!!

An IVA is for life..not just for christmas! LOL :o)

Didn't mean to sound so flippant with that previous post!!

I hope all continues to go well and it all completes sucessfully.[:)]

Unless a very unexpected event happens in the nest 4 and a half years I will be in it for the long haul as have nothing to raise a F&F - not complaining though as never been happier!!

Best wishes
Emma

Your post was fine.

You never know what the future holds..lottery win,a new rich lover, etc etc.

I will kind of miss my little IVA... I was standing in the petrol que today and the guy in front of me's card was DECLINED...there was a quiet gasp from the whole que and a couple of tuts, and some well filthy looks..I thought, god that could have been me 2 years ago..I will NEVER get into that situation again.then I thought maybe I should recommend this site to him,but thought best not!! LOL
