full and final advice needed

hi all

i have £8520 remaining on my IVA and a relative has offered £8000 to me if and ONLY if it will clear my IVA
i have no actual reason for finishing my IVA early but i know that the reason is coming (my work place is in the process of being shut down and instead of doing the rite thing and making redundances they are instead reducing contracts to stupid hours such as 12 hrs per week and as it is public sector it turns out that its perfectly legal)but my employer will not disclose any more information with reguards to contracts etc so i wish to finish my IVA proactivly and remove the extra stress and worrie
so can anyone forsee any issues with this offer, and do i need a current valid reason to f&f
thanks for any help you can offer

IVA final payment left the bank on the 26th January 2013...looking forward to a debt free future.
