Oh I know. We had a Notice of Breach issued in March 2008 and we asked for a variation. When nothing happened I asked them why I didn't get a variation (in fact DFD went ahead and added another year to our IVA without our permission) and the girl said that we had emailed her team and said we didn't need one. Never did I do this so I asked for a copy and nothing has been received.

A friend of mine who works for the Insolvency Service the amount of complaints she gets about DFD beggars belief. She has hundreds a month. She also said that DFD are a call centre and they 'outsource' their cases to IP's working for local accountancy firms.

I hope you get it sorted.
