Well it has been APPROVED!!!! Sorry about not posting but as i was up half of Sunday night pacing around I was so out of it last night I couldn't even tell you what i had for tea. 100 % of my creditors voted to accept our full and final offer after just over 2 1/2 years of paying and 100% voted yes!! In the end we were only about £300 of the agreed dividend but you never know how the creditors are thinking. As we are home owners I always have felt that at any minute they could have whipped it away from us but as we had no particular equity they have left us alone. Freeman Jones have been nothing but exceptional in my eyes from start to finish and in a way i will miss ringing my caseworker every month, won't miss paying over the extra money that I earnt but will miss the chats and the sense of security that I felt in paying our debt back. Just got my operation to get through on Wednesday and then I will totally relax. Thank you one and all on this forum who have kept me going since our IVA began. I haven't posted loads but have kept an eye on the forum most days. Good luck to everybody who is going through an IVA and I will still look in from time to time. Kallis I hope everything goes well for you as you were always a couple of months ahead of me with your countdown and have always replied on my posts.

Just caught up with this and want to add my congratulations. Really pleased for you.

Hope the op goes ok, let us know.

If you're going to stick around (which I hope you do) you may want to think of changing your name now!
