Hi everyone

Ive been reading several posts over the last few weeks about full and final settlements, although this is not something ive been cnsidering I was just wondering about my own situation and whether anyone could give me any ideas as to the figure of settlement that would be most appropriate if in the future I would be in a situation to do this. Details of IVA as follows

Total unsecured debt: £25,207
Total offer: 16,680
Total costs £7,276
Amount available for distribution after costs: £9,404

Monthly payments for first 18th Months were £278 total £5004
The last 3 months were increrased to £448 total £1344 overall total to date £6348.

Any thoughts?
60 down 0 to go!!!!
IVA completed :)

Hi
Presuming that you do not have an equity release you will be looking at approx 14-15k

Hi
If ever you make an offer you must word it to the effect that you will be using your disposible income in full to repay the third party loan[family or friend]and that this loan will only be made if it is used to conclude your IVA
