I would think it sounds a fair offer, bearing in mind that once the offer is made monthly payments will continue and it can take 3 or so months until the F&F creditors meeting so you will have paid a bit more then. Worth running it by your IP in any case x
IVA final payment left the bank on the 26th January 2013...looking forward to a debt free future.

Sounds good to me - fingers crossed it gets accepted.

A tad on the low side so close to the end of your IVA would be my verdict, and I can see creditors wanting you to continue monthly payments until you are at least able to effect the level of original dividend they agreed to accept.

Isn't it better just to finish the think off now - the next 14 months will whizz and is it really worth putting your friend into debt for?

the reason behind this is work is very slack at the moment and theres talk of getting rid of the night shift and if i was to go onto days my pay would be cut by 25%.

has anybody had their f+f offer turned down?

As an IP, I would only entertain this if a client's salary had actually been reduced, and was not just under threat.
