Hi all

We are 36 months inton our 60 month IVA, we have a offer from a member of family to pay £6000 into our IVA as a Full and Final, We currently pay £293 a month so if we carried on paying £293 we would pay back £7032, do you think this a fair offer to make.

We have not had our annual review yet but since the last one both my wife have myself have taken pay cuts to the point our expenise's are more than our incoming.

Regards

Always worth asking, just make sure they know the offer made to you by the family member is available for a F&F only though. What's the worst that can happen if you ask?

Afraid not but if you make an offer like than I would imagine they would be seeking to get the wheels in motion quickly. Also say that they offer is time restricted and if not accepted withing say a couple of months or so could and probably would be removed and the funds used for something else by the family.
