Just thought I would post an update, I had the meeting earlier today to see if my full and final offer would be accepted.

It was!!!

I cannot begin to explain the relief!

The regular payments that I had made since April were deducted from my initial offer so after nearly 5 years, Payplan finally did something right! However, I still cannot believe my full and final offer took nearly 7 months from start to finish, but at least it is done and dusted now.

Massive thanks to everybody on here who help and advise folk in their hours of need. Not only have I had questions answered on here, I have found out so much just by reading all the other stuff that has helped me through the last few years.
