Hi
If u have equity in you house which cannot be realised, and your payments are extended by 12 months- can you offer a full and final of 12 x monthly iva payment, (if funds were offered by 3rd party) in order to finish the iva earlier???

IVA final payment left the bank on the 26th January 2013...looking forward to a debt free future.

I think I have heard this before and it has been allowed...best to put the suggestion to your own IP and seek their advice as your own proposal and chairmans report may have specific detail in it pertinent to your own IVA.
