6 Firms are involved in an IVA.One firm is owed £2600.Could a full and final payment be offered to the firm, and what would a reasonable offer be? There is about 4 years to run on the agreement.Thank you.

Hello thg,

Do you mean that you have 6 creditors? If you are looking to offer a full and final settlement all creditors need to be involved not just one or two.

I would contact your I.P and discuss this option with them as they know the ins and outs of your proposal. Also they will be able to guide you correctly with the amount being offered.
Best Regards,
