Dear Forum

Is it always possible to make a full and final payment on any IVA at any point during the 5 years?

No - this is only possible with the agreement of your creditors, although in my experience they will accept early offers of settlement in the majority of cases.

I suppose it comes down to the ammount offered and the reasons for the offer being made. Obviously they will want to get the promised dividend wherever possible but with valid reasons, a lesser offer would also be considered.
