hi victor, i offered the full and final at53 months funded by a relative who i will be paying back at the same rate, my morgage equity was taken out as unable to remorgage so that probably helped, i believe you can offer a full and final at any time and if its realistic enough theres a good chance it will succed, it would have to be funded by a third party though

You can apply at anytime, but it must be funded by a third party and be as close to the original dividend as possible.

Casper,
If you don't mind me asking, what were the monthly payments?
If my maths is right, you were paying back £36k so divide that by 72 months would have meant £500 p/m.
At 53 months you had paid £21,500 back so that would equal £405 p/m is that correct ?
And originally with house equity they were looking to recoup 48p per £ of debt but with that clause excluded and the extra year that dropped to 28p per £ of debt is that correct ?

Just interested in what sort of offers are out there ?
And again if you don't mind my asking, who was the company you went with ?

Thanks in advance
